*Asset Managers manage foreclosed (past tense), not foreclosure (Pending sale/auction) properties.

It could be a property on a double lot, a property that get's dismissed because it is full of clutter, a listing that has the square footage wrong etc - and a deal can be made (not found)I’m not a wholesaler per se, but I have done a lot of marketing, at least in the past, due to endeavoring find deals. 

If you go to invest in the note space I strongly recommend you do a quick background check on the sponsor as there are numerous who have very questionable pasts.

Mind you, we've got 3y left before the 4.5% ARM turns variable (+/-2% per year; min 2.5% / max 10.5%).3) ???

We've captured a lot of equity over the past few years & I kinda hate to "throw it away" towards another primary residence.
