For building a buyers list, I’d recommend joining local real estate investment groups, both in person and online.

A platform really can not create liquidity.It's actually a pretty common feature of many of these types of funds.

The younger generation now sees that money can be made remote and by influencing or other things online, but it doesn't make you lendable (and most quit each thing every four months so never get the two years they need as 1099).

I've heard that DealMachine is becoming the go-to tool for this kind of data, but I've also noticed some strong results coming from Crexi lately.It seems like Crexi has a more multifamily-focused platform, while DealMachine is often geared toward wholesalers.

It’s been a reliable platform, especially for attracting mid-term renters in the medical field.

Connecting with local investors, lenders, and contractors will give you valuable insights, support and advice as you move forward, and platforms like this are perfect for bridging the gap when in-person meet-ups aren’t feasible.
