Many landlords will rent to someone with a felony DUI but will not for other offenses. 

No offense intended or directed toward anybody who has made such suggestions or offers already - I am simply warning the OP to be on his toes, and really explore and investigate any opportunity that anybody presents.

No offense, but seriously consider reading up a bunch more through the landlording section of this site.

This of course was all stated without offense to me.

I am not a Realtor but honestly I take offense to the fact you would call any Realtor I work with unethical.Think of it this way..would you have a problem if I bought and sold the same property and made $15000 profit if I did it over a period of a year?
