This morning I went out and interviewed with 2 franchise brokerages (whose branches are privately owned as most of you may well know).

There's an active farmers market Saturday mornings under the Gay Street bridge.

I have a job ,but I am free most mornings.

@Cindy Carriger thank you for reading. from when i was pulling homes off of the auction site and zillow i had people call me and basically explained that the bank pretty much owns their house now which is why i stopped, keep in mind i switched from that method to the google maps method in 1 day, it just came to me in my sleep, i have 20 letters i need to mail out in the morning from the new method, im anxious to see if i get calls.

First thing in the morning with my coffee, I check all the potential houses on websites and I list the possibilities.

I had my long awaited call this morning with Morris Invest.  

It would be a cold trek in the morning to make a trip to the bathroom.
