You should have a mild relationship with maybe 3 more that you can referr clients/buyers to, a secondary market broker is also a good one to know for those that fall through the cracks.

In another thread in a different forum here on BP, the original poster had a dilemma of being three years behind in rent/utility payments.A lot of the responses were irked (to put it mildly) at his gall at wanting a *deal* from his landlord/roommate.A simple glance at the OP's location Berkeley, CA indicates his mentality.

I really dislike particle board especially the sink base cabinet.One leak and they swell up, crumble and it's irreversible.Tenants always put too much stuff into their sink cabinet.  200 bottles of hand detergent, DW detergent, cleaners, bleach, comet, rolls of kitchen napkins, candles, extra kettles, and 500 supermaket plastic bags filling every air void existing in there meaning any minor leak will not be noticed by them until it's pooling on the floor.
