Fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer all for about $2100.We use lower-end brushed nickel fixtures (lighting and plumbing), all new registers/switches/outlets/plates, and standard 6-panel MDF doors.As for recessed lighting, the cost comes from the materials and the electrician's labor, so whether you're tearing out the ceiling or not probably won't impact the cost too much, unless you're tearing out enough sheetrock to make the wiring a lot easier.

I don't need warning labels telling me to not microwave small pets, drink gasoline, or only operate tubs approved by the government.P.S.

I do have some properties with built in microwave over range but it came like that.

Also misc expenses such as fixing ice maker in fridge, buying new microwave, etc were needed.

Are you removing the over range microwave to save money?

We used the cook top on occasion , the microwave a lot . washer and dryer , each guy did 1 load a week .
