They know about Subject To and Executory Contracts.I’m waiting to hear how those Due on sale calls turn out. any way you slice it sub to is a very risky transaction for any investor who does not have signficant cash reserves  lines of credit they can tap and or if they are holding the asset as a rental the ability to refi quickly .. 

I understand you are comfortable with RE and therefore in your mind RE investing is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I am not a fan of all his theories but - if you know nothing - it is a primer for only a couple hundred and you do get a bus ride through Moreno Valley and a few slices of pizza.As for discounts in the IE, no there are not any discounts.

You will be able to turn on/off residential and commercial properties to give you a little more capability to slice and dice the data as you please.  

I think leverage, like most things, is an appropriate "slice" of your RE portfolio.

Plays that permit me to make a good profit but by adding value in some way other than purchasing heirs' interests or by slowing the process down, or buying the pizza 'one-slice-at-a-time.'

Few beers and a slice of pizza is a little more appealing but I’m good with whatever the majority wants!!
