I find that meditation, prayer, positive affirmations, and journaling help me stay grounded and focused no matter what is going on in my life. 

What I do is I aggregate 12 months worth of PM Statement in Excel and then create one adjusting journal entry summarizing all the PM Statements.I personally use Quickbooks Desktop where you will need the 'class' function to properly allocate income and expenses across multiple properties.Best of luck.

So if you're painting a wall or planting shrubs or repairing a light fixture, just make sure to keep receipts and a journal.  

Focusing on just your breathing and nothing else can be a very powerful activity to really relax and calm your mind.A: Affirmations- I spend a few minutes going through my affirmations in my journal and really setting my mind in the right place to move forward!

There's a ton of manual journal entries involved on a monthly basis.That being said, $100/mo to maintain a REI's books is too good to be true. 

RE Journal is reporting no growth in rent compared to 2021, and other places are reporting drops in Minneapolis rent.
