I've got the same lined up tomorrow and next week.I am really wanting to make a purchase in the next 3 months and plan on doing my best to network and develop local relationships, and at the same time interviewing as many out of state turnkey providers as possible. 

We do telephone interviews first, then show the unit and have face-to-face conversations, then provide rental applications to all who are interested.
