Find the intersection of a place that a lot of people visit but does not have really high 2nd home demand. 

The city of Oakland liberalized its ADU regulations in 2015, eliminating the extra parking spot for properties within a half a mile the intersection of two bus lines that each run every 15 minutes at peak hours.

For Dallas I'd recommend the 75/635 area (northwest of that intersection).

Otherwise, we'd be bogged down with every little thing.For example, I always look both ways when I go through an intersection that I have the green. 

A few of the intersections that mine diapered there is still signs for New Homes.
