I'm in a space to do some house hacking, and am under the general (unresearched, unless you count years of Zillow watching) opinion that my local rental market is healthy.

Managing that many personalities in one space can be difficult.I also recommend you set aside money as if you were paying rent.

I am a nice person but I do burn out on feeling like im being let down so it does sometimes take some patience (and space from your phone) so you don’t loose your cool because you do NOT want to make a bad name for yourself with the agency

I also like the fact that some of their veterans have been through a full market cycle in multi-family space.

I feel they know what they are doing in the NNN lease space.

Hey Tyler,I know of a few that require a certain leverage on the lower amounts, and I'm sure they would want to know your experience in spaces like that.

The one product that will absorb well will be single family homes geared to the young families who are having trouble buying due to market condition and need more space.

I saw one recently written about a certain asset class that is not doing well but this person was predicting it turn around very soon - which just so happens to coincide with their FB marketing ads about their new fund that is in that space.... 

Would like to keep the property for down the road, but realizing I might be better off to get a place in town with more space and try to turn this place into an investment property for the time being instead.
