I did a little research and I suspect that the issue is not the type of metal but an incorrect valve application. ie, someone may have used a shutoff intended for water and not a gas rated one.They're typically marked in some way.

There are also a few quirks with how I run things that doesn’t full align.I like QBO but not the price point for having Classes, which are needed to determine unit profits.I am currently looking at Rental Hero, Avail, and Stessa as possible options.

@Jenna Williams - While each program has their quirks some of the bigger players are Yardi Voyager and MRI... which are expensive decisions as @Laticia Braxton eluded to, but become necessary once you reach a certain level.

You probably mean quitclaim, which should cause you concern if you are throwing out incorrect made up terms you've never used or heard of before.Putting yourself on the deed may be a criminal offense depending on the lie promise you tell to the homeowner, and/or, may subject you to licensure/registration from the state."

It is a bit daunting and we definitely don't want to do our taxes ourselves and risk doing it incorrectly or not taking advantage of everything we can.If anyone could give me recommendations for accountants they have used in the Dallas, Tx area that they have had good experiences with that would be incredibly helpful!
