At 7 doors it's not necessary, but of course software can save you time, especially if you grow.If you plan to scale beyond your current size, I would echo other folks above that you should look into one of these more robust software solutions sooner than later (re: Buildium, AppFolio, RentVine, etc.)

Hi BP folks,Just looking for input on whether Buildium (or any other PM software) can/should be synced with QuickBooks ?

I would be curious what the financing folks in the group would think about @Elizabeth Brown looking at a DSCR loan instead of using her HELOC. 

I have a full time job like most folks and don't have the time to PM all my properties.  

Most folks would prefer to drunk drive home from the games unfortunately.

Lots of great insight from the folks above.In my experience as an investor and multifamily lender in the twin cities, I would simply say there is no "right" answer.
