You really need to immerse yourself and learn all you can.

Personally I would recommend getting immersed in the material you have access to here and understand the tools you will need before paying upwards of $10,000 and still not have a deal to work on. 

Hello BP,I am considering moving to a solid emerging market to fully immerse in the opportunity.

I have immersed myself  so far on BP podcast, and still learning as much as i can from member postings.

I'm doing my best to immerse myself in BP and check out the above recommendations.

I just found out about BP a few months ago and have been immersing myself with the information and I can tell you it is top notch without the hard-sell you typically find!

Happy to make some connections for you.Final thing I would recommend is to really immerse yourself in the area you want to buy in.  

I'm not too keen to that area so i'll do some research before getting there and do my best to immerse myself over the course of 48-72 hours in a few of the areas mentioned in this thread (certainly including Columbia and Rock Hill).

You need to fully immerse yourself in J.

Even listen to the ones that don't talk about what you're planning so that you can immerse yourself in your new endeavor.
