If you have two houses that are identical and one is 30 years old that needs work and the other is 40 yrs. old house that was just remodeled then the 40 yr. old has less depreciation.

They have equipment to scan the area.....they may try to pass the buck, but the issue is digging could be a big deal, I'd insist they inspect.It's also on the bank, but there may not be any charge by the police.

Like I have several condos that I rent in Lowell and I could get a similar unit in a highly regarded border town that is identical to some of mine and get maybe $100-150 more in rent, but it would cost me $30-50K more easy to buy it.

That said, we're upgrading our equipment this week, so hopefully any of those problems will disappear.
