I would always go with a mid-size company where you can still talk to a human and not get treated like a number.

@Jay Hinrichs  Yea in WI the rule is 3 transactions in 5 years or 5 in 10 years creates a track record of being a dealer and under WI law you need a License for more than that. 

The issue with doing too many flips (as an individual or an LLC) is that the IRS will attach a "dealer" status to you and treat all of your investment properties as inventory.
