At the time the tenants wanted compensation for many shoes and much clothes that was on the floor and have been damaged. 

I've mainly looked at Home Depot/Lowes for flooring and larger items and got hardware like knobs, faucets from amazon/wayfair but curious to hear where you all get your materials fromAlso, need to get a double vanity for master bathroom, any recommendations?

This year, between tenants, I will be replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring, updating the bathroom vanity/lighting/mirror, and some other small updates such as changing out light fixtures, and faucets, and switching the old blinds from fresh curtains.

Debris from second floor piled up on the first floor, almost all exterior was melted away and would definitely call for a feasibility study.

@Benjamin SulkaThis one was mostly cosmetic: paint, carpet/floors, light fixtures, trim, landscape clean up, rodent remediation, bathroom vanities in the 1/2 baths, and some of the windows.Rehabbed one unit at the time aside from the windows.

The latest finishes, floor plans, and overall feel in theory should be the latest and greatest, which looks great in a tenant's eye.

If a fan is needed the tenant would buy a floor fan.

Run a Clorox wipe over the windowsills and mop the floor.

Complete remodel, redid or replaced all flooring, plumbing, electrical, new roof on the garage and retied all the windows.
