The thing about most extortionist, they have done it before.In Mexico, I have had police officers try to extort money (multiple times).  

It’s possible that they can indeed share the terms of other offers in some cases.Here in New Mexico, it’s part of the listing agreement to have the seller make that decision.

By contrast New Mexico, where I find myself these days, requires judicial foreclosure and allows full redemption post sale.

Many regular functions (hr, payroll, finance, etc) are already outsourced to Mexico, Ireland, Poland, Philippines, etc.By the way, those who are priced out of California are still fairly rich for Texas or Florida.

I think 2021 will be strong, but probably not as strong as 2020 IF things open up elsewhere (cruises, Hawaii, Mexico, Disney, etc...). 

@Mark Flores do you have any funds to start the rehab?

I am able to send him paperwork and have him sign everything and he can notarize everything in Mexico.

@David Flores a few years ago when I enrolled my youngest in college I was very interested in looking into college rentals.
