Then you pay balance on the sale amount usually within a week for free, within 30 days with 10% interest - and wait till the deed is ready You can during that time to ask your title company to do the search and extend the title insurance but it's not for mechanic liens or taxes - you'll pay all that.That's why it's important to research the property through before you say "bid".

I extended it to end of Aug but of course when the deadline came, they stopped communicating and has since moved from their interim address onto their next rental, which happens to be on the Airforce Base close to us.

You should be able to terminate the lease based on the fact that the unit is uninhabitable for an extended period of time.

Does anyone have a document or notice that they have used before about reminding the tenant the end of the lease and stating that landlord/homeowner does not wish to continue or extend with a new lease?
