I went to Panda Express tonight and ordered corona chicken. 

As much as you can, make your knee-jerk reaction "I'll go find that info" and then, once you hit walls you can't answer with a simple google search, ask :) I've been improved by this community more than I can express, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to help others along the way!

From posts I made here on BP and connections I made I learned about the pros and cons of everything and after expressing to my dad that I wanted to use a GOE to buy the house, he agreed to do it, but only at an amount that won't cause him tax issues in the future.
