You have to be an owner/operator of the business, and the enterprise needs to be engaging in a true business providing a product or service - not passive investment holdings such as rental properties.

I would agree as well though since you are starting out you don't have assets to go after if you are debating with yourself on the cost of incorporating.As for myself I plan on getting a couple deals under my belt, whether they be wholesale or rehabs, to have the money in my war chest to put into place the foundation I need and then fund my enterprise.

Anyway, apparently in the mid 2000s, a group of enterprising individuals figured out that if they dropped a ton of credit card apps at the same time, the credit card companies would approve them before they realized what was going on and the hit on their credit score would be minimal.

In this age of communication innovation another visage point is the question that guides economics: profitability vs. need.I was once a big social-media buff but reconsidered (though it's still a great way to connect with those separated by spatial-temporal barriers).Personal socialization is inherently different than any business enterprise because enterprise is led by a measurable outcome.Lastly, many are running the error of not adding the labor/capital spent developing this new business "arm" into their overall question of profitability.
