@Bruce Norris missed the last Bottomfeeders meeting, where we had an enlightening discussion about the predicted impact of the new California Homeowners Bill of Rights law to take effect 1/01/2013, as it relates to foreclosures.

I am positive there is more to this (and would like to be enlightened) but I'm not a big fan for the above reasons.

We just had a very enlightening experience in this area - we gave what we thought was a good presentation to someone who had expressed interest in a particular project - he decided almost immediately that he wasn't interested, but his attorney soon came on board with the project with almost 3 times the investment amount that the first guy had discussed.

We've only been enlightened for a couple of weeks now but are very active on phone apps such as Zillow and Trulia looking for foreclosure deals.

Please enlighten.
