Is there some technique or finance trick that would allow someone to purchase multiple homes at once if they just the 20% down?  

I have read in Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing book of his technique of giving multiple offers on the same home for the seller to choose from.

You might assume (I did when I started as an appraiser) that the USPAP would be a nuts and bolts document on how to appraise property - you know, the math and technique and method and all that - not true.

@Yankel Raskin arbitrage is not investing and unfortunately there aren’t too many fans of this technique around here :(
