Overall, this has been a very positive project and the family is enjoying the extra guest/entertaining space.

I was thinking I would create a course that involves a field trip to one of the flips I am working and pointing out all of the things they should catch and helping them understand rehab costs at a line item level.I am an expert in electrical and learned plumbing in the Coast Guard.

I feel like is time to put the fear to the side and get out in the field and from behind the books.

Whatever field you are working in, tell yourself, “I am where I am because I am choosing to be here.”  

This marks a departure from the previous multiunit financing requirement of 15-25% down payments for duplexes, triplexes, and four-plexes.This new option presents a great opportunity for individuals looking to invest in multifamily homes while also enjoying the benefits of homeownership.

But you are all missing the point in Here .. you are not paying just for the Education/ Information you are paying is not just for the education (Even if all their instructors are Accredited Investors/ Practitioners , and they are making the money in the same field that they are teaching  **** Google any of the names in the list and you will find successful business owners, lawyers, CPA, Financial Advisors , ) is for the communities (more the 40 + communities deal all over US) .

I've never managed books for any kind of investor, but I'm a quick learner and excited by the possibility of getting my feet wet in the field of investing. 

I know a lot of people on BiggerPockets talk about real estate investing as a means to an end, but I'm think I might also just really enjoy the strategy, execution, and hands-on work involved.
