Hello everyone,We are reviewing an applicant for our rental property and everything was looking great until I heard from our insurance that the prospective tenants' English/American Bulldog is not covered.

Improper english/description of loan terms and conditions, and of course no one is going to get that interest rate.There are also a bunch of "lenders" on This site who are clueless people just spamming out looking business for perhaps legitimate lenders, maybe not, they wouldn't know how to determine that.

If you were to need to go to court, wouldn't the lease best be in English?

What this means, in plain English, is if you're renting to 5 tenants and 1 skips out the remaining 4 students are responsible to make up the difference.

We made over 500k on that one transaction... so yes he would have gone around me in a heartbeat.. do I think less of him   No he is a premier builder..
