We listed down some cons that we came up with and I'm wondering whether these would be an issue for possible renters in this area.Steep short driveway, no side walk on a semi-busy street, smaller living and dining area, listed as 3 bedrooms but actually looks like 2 and half bedrooms (doesn't look like it would work for a larger family), entrance to basement is outside.Pros are interior is fully newly done, smaller yard and driveway so less work (landscape and snow removal) and the taxes are lower, close to the train station and stores.Wondering whether I'm overthinking it or this is not how possible renters would view this as a possible home.

(my mother needs help just meeting her own everyday needs - we do all shopping, dog walking, etc....She lives in a condo on Okemo mountain that is a two-unit condo with about 6 others in that building (Her unit is on the first floor has 1 bedroom, decent size living room and dining room, and a nice kitchen.

Your comment brings up the significant issue of multiple guests sharing the same kitchen/dining/convenience bath adjacent to communal area.

But as stated before, I would rather this new house to house hack especially seeing that I could personally use the inlaw suite with its own kichen, living, dining and laundry with minimal work needing for this configuration.

In our area, that would mean things like Craftman touchs such as old built- ins in the dining room or kitchen, substantial porches, original floors or tiles, wavey glass windows or doors, leaded or stained glass anywhere,  crystal doorknobs, anything made of hardwood.
