Sending threatening communications is not a good way to start a long term relationship with the people who own the home you live in.

They do this on purpose so new people get tripped up in the process and quit.

I realize people are trying to make a living, but anyone who cold calls me is the last person I'd use for any transaction (plus I have people for that!).  

Think about it, why do people do Airbnb........make more money, however they have higher vacancy rates, and more management required.

Personally I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to wholesale a relatives $1M home knowing that I am breaking the law if I cross over into doing anything that can be considered representing them in the transaction, and knowing it will only be marketed to people who buy properties wholesale (typically investors who don't want to pay retail prices), instead of the majority of retail buyers active in the market who are typcially willing to pay more. 

They actively try to recruit people in mine.

Likely, you won't be getting many clicks so look at impressions and see if those terms match the intent you're looking to answer when people search.
