You don't understand what I'm saying regarding Market Analysis, which is understandable since it would be hard to explain in this limited format. 

Taking real time notes on deficiencies allows for clear understanding if the items make their way to a buyer repair addendum.

The key will be to remain flexible, understand the local market dynamics, and position themselves to take advantage of the eventual boom when the project comes to life in 2025.

They also don't understand the law, or the changes that are happening around the country.
