This country is so diverse, so how could one governmental entity effectively take care of 300million people?

I think it is very important to have asset diversity which allows one to choose which asset to draw from, depending on what is happening in the market.

It also depends on your strategy (flip/rental) and budget but overall, Philly is still a good place to invest given how diverse it is.

They have a growing population and diverse economy. 

But when you look at the economy today you see a very diverse landscape that in my opinion is actully very recession proof.On a macro level I am very bullish for the Midwest.
