China's weak point for the last 5,000 years is being a Desert nation with millions and billions of people. 

May not be a popular opinion, but perhaps people shouldn’t live in the desert.

Terry Turner, who is also the president of the Central Oregon Renters Association, was the owner of High Desert Property Management..she just recently retired  but her standard, from my understanding is still in place...the new owners are Matt and Penny Free @ www.hdpm.netTerry has also recommended Plus Management before as well.Either way I would have a check list of questions and interview several..I would be interested to know who you pick and why..Hope this helps.

If you are in NJ, I cannot speak to boilers and heat systems since we have standard heat pump/AC combos out here in the desert.

I don't find too many properties in Southern California that cash flow, unless you want to live in the desert, but who knows.Good Investing...

I have known people who have invested in areas where there were no comps - like desert resort areas - and getting financing and reselling were impossible.
