Some people aren't nearly as good as they think and their amateurish attempts actually causes them to lose money.If you think it's expensive to hire a professional, try hiring an amateur.That's not just a cute saying.

I think Colorado is probably still slightly less, and N.Carolina seems less still.Don't get me wrong there is nothing in the world better than autumn in New England, my friend just posted photos of her at the beach on Cape Ann, it's awesome, but I just wonder how long the explosive prices can continue.I think the suburbs especially ones with walkable downtowns and cute restaurants may have become relatively underpriced compared to the 3 decker play.None of this is sour grapes: I benefited from the biotech, medical, university play in Boston for some years.

@Sally Fairchild I’m going to go with the idea that they are appealing to people that want more $ in their pockets, therefore need bigger pockets to hold the $ and they are pretty funny, so you know... it’s kind of shall we say.. cute and funny.

Instead of phrases like "dogs playing poker" and "quentin tarantino" (which make zero sense to me) maybe put the BR/BA mix and the cross streets, don't try and get too cute with it.

We sent the seller a cute picture of us with our dog and told her how much we would cherish her amazing property (fully genuine).

On top of that, single family wasn’t built to be an investment, so couples looking for a cute house with just the right paint color (which has almost no impact on financials) can pay more than you can.

That whole "it's worth a 1000 words" thing...it ain't just a cute saying.
