Does anyone have a suggestion for an reasonably priced Architect to draw up some plans for a house in Las Vegas / Henderson?

For example maybe there is an area in Las Vegas that is growing due to a new hospital in the area, or a planned new hospital in the area.

I'm in the Las Vegas area and went down to Clerks Office, pulled a few probate leads, and sent out a handful of letters over the weekend.

I run the Sin City REIA in Las Vegas.

I think that your area around Las Vegas will do well and continue to keep on providing you with the opportunity to do well in whatever you select.There are a few things after you make a niche selection and a market area that works best for y'all.    

I'm thinking specifically about the Las Vegas market, but I'd be interested in anyone's experiences anywhere in the U.S.
