The non-ROTH account accumulates as deferred taxes.I am so sick of hearing that CEOs lied about the risk, lied about the debt, lied about the profit, cooked the books, etc.

While I typically wouldn't be inclined to believe it, I do with this facility given its area.

As a former resident of Cook County, IL I can attest that they do!

Let both continue to raise income, and buy another investment, either storage facilities, car washes, what have you.

I have a 6-plex and a duplex where we have done this successfully for a couple of years now - the laundry room is on a cipher lock, and each tenant has their own code to get in (prevents neighbors, etc from taking advantage of the facilities). 

Go to the facility that houses the presses and get your copy before the ink has a chance to dry.

Those ponds and walking trails, laundry facilities, club houses, pools, and recreation areas, some with day cares, are offered by the developers to get the deals.

You can have (depending on what zoning allows), bed and breakfasts, equine facilities, up close and personal with animals, you pick em fields (tomatoes, strawberries, etc.), as mentioned CSAs, produce stands with all sorts of local grown and produced products (esp. as the "eat local" movement grows even larger), and so on and so on and so on.
