When you go to college, you pay to go to learn from a professor that claims to be able to help you make all the money you've ever dreamed of, earning with the top in your chosen profession.

The chosen lender will pre-underwrite your loan to evaluate the risks related to your credit, capacity, and the condition of your collateral.

They want him OUT asap or contributing some rent, but for whatever reason they have chosen to do nothing over the last decade except stockpile resentment toward him. 

I enjoy this type of consulting and have really been happy to help just to acquire new clients and continue to grow.Where this gets a little messy is I've chosen to take real estate exam and get licensed in order to buy/sell our own properties & investments, but also to assist a few clients who specifically requested I get a license so I can help them buy directly (rather than thru other agents).My question is whether I can legally still offer this type of consulting to other agents clients once I'm licensed? 

It really doesn't look terrible, the contractors bid things to make money and not gamble.

This can be done by networking with investors and real estate pros in the market you've chosen to purchase in.

Choose the Market: search that specific type of property in your chosen market.

I think having enough funds and a good home inspection and contractor that you can trust is a much in the  beginning otherwise you are just gambling.
