Sounds like the kind of demographic/demand in north San Jose is more suited to MTRs while still providing the option to fill interim vacancies with STR using the 180-day limit.I have another question - Section 4741 allows HOAs to prohibit STRs of 30-days or less.

What kind of businesses would you search for in order to conduct the various inspections/assessments I would want to do for a property of this type?

IDK why, I am an intelligent professional but as soon as I get behind I just kind of give up and get more behind.

You need to do an independent review of the sold comps, DOM, and the finishes you need inside to get the ARV you see.3) When projects pass the paper test and pass the number tests, then you need a GC and an Agent or some kind of designer, who have already looked at all the comps, walk the space and put together a budget that works and that will get you the number.4) Now you need a good relationship with a money source. 

A lot of people have said it doesn’t matter too much just to pick one and then change when it doesn’t work out but I kind of wanna get it right first time if I can!
