I currently have a full time job where I receive pretty decent bonuses and RSU's so long term I'd like to use that income for RE investing but it will probably be at least a year or two before I can do that because I'll probably use that income this year to buy a house for my family.So short term my idea was to move the money in my Betterment account to a self directed IRA.

The cash flow won’t be as good as c type areas, but, the up side is more responsible tenants (not always though), easy to sell when ready, and a bonus of some decent appreciation.
