Can we rent a residential property from her?

I’m looking for residential multi-family’s in the the Tampa Bay Area, so that includes mostly all surrounding cities.  

I'm trying to find a good program/app to manage collecting residential rents.

@Chris Martin Happy to connect you with my contact at Velur to learn more but they identify parcels adjacent to existing solar development (or residential, warehousing... different zoning options for diversification) and do the analysis on value, easements, zoning viability for development etc...they take their cut up front in the sale then when you get an offer for purchase down the road they help review the offer as well.

Luxury residential pays like 5-10 times better.But they are out there (and here on BP).

Much thanks to anyone who can weigh in with their expertise.There are at minimum 52 regulatory authorities involved with residential mortgage origination and servicing (50 states + DC + Federal).  

We have seen this from multiple STR owners (residentially zoned) who have had to sell and their STR sits on the market for months, maybe years, because investors don't want it and potential homeowners can't afford it. 

This home has been described by building department officials as the largest residential home on the Big Island, featuring an impressive 100-foot pool.I purchased the property in 2021 when it was in a severely dilapidated state.
