All of these responses are really opening my mind, I figured the condo route was the easiest and is what I am used to renting when I go to the mountains, but a cabin could definitely work. 

For context, I handle business formations and transactions and buying and selling businesses all day ... but as I navigate this process, I am using a great estates attorney for these legal issues.
