We have a website set up and a google voice.

As an active member on the women's track team during my four years at LSU, I conquered a National Championship Title, SEC Championship Title, and numerous SEC Academic awards.

On my way home from work I walked by a small mini "FSBO" sign and decided to walk afar off and contact the owner by text, since my phone doesn't have voice recording.

Bad organization, no tone influx in his voice (enthusiasm), missing calls, crumbling under mild pressure, didn't care about his personal development, and bottom line--he was letting serious buyers and renters go left and right.

Our goal is to operate as a professional business, so ideally, we would like to make the following changes:-Have a company name, so that I can be “Jesse with ____ Properties,” rather than Jesse the owner and landlord-Have a business phone line (google voice)-Use a PO Box.

Has it had a detrimental effect on their academics?

The trick is to use these activities (research, reading (knowledge), and analysis) to counteract the inner negative voice telling you otherwise. 

You could set up a google voice number- 

I advertised on zillow and used a google voice phone number to manage calls/texts.  

I've texted my agent and left him a voice mail about it, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
