The ones being hurt hardest would probably be banks, which are primarily online now, and clothing stores, though stats show that they are actually not hurting as much as you would think and like I said, they still need somewhere to get their product out of.

If I sold my rentals tomorrow, I would still have clothing to wear and air to breathe.

I typically do $1.25-$1.50 for the washer (depending on how much clothing it holds - larger washers = a higher price) and $1.00 for the dryer. 

They haven't paid for the garden unit for a couple of months and it is rubbished, with clothes thrown around and a fridge full of rotting food.

Do you think I could move my stuff (just a queen mattress, table, clothes, and smaller items) into 1 of the bedrooms of the new condo while it's being renovated, or is this not practical? 

If you go into one of these "Bed Bug Units" yourself, they can hide themselves in the seams of your clothes, and will infest you, your vehicle, and your home and family.

Ex) eating out, drinks, clothes, etc...

The only things that people are going to bring are their clothes and toiletries. 

Home inspection showed that the house has good bones, it's in a GREAT location, and it's multi family with fantastic rental potential....but...roof needs replacing, cloth wires, cast iron piping, and an exterior stair/balcony structure needs replacing.

Everything is in the house except people clothes and their groceries.
