Has anyone used REI Game Changers?

Paying to get in the right rooms can be game changing, but as you acknowledged you have to take it on yourself to make it worth your while.As for your question, it was pretty confusing.

If you are with a cloud brokerage like eXp or Real, you can just move and stay under their umbrella with a new state broker after you complete whatever Illinois needs for reciprocity.If they don't have a TC team, you will need to complete and upload all of the paperwork, but they should have compliance videos for you to do.

That's what I did and I can tell from experience that it's going to change your game. 

As much as investors tend to complain about realtors, I'd strongly suggest that YOU need one since you sound very new to the game.

Names Christian, I’ve, been doing real estate investing for bout a year now, worked on my first property which wasn’t the best ideal situation, but it was an amazing learning experienced that I wouldn’t trade, made a lot of mistakes that after all the classes and events i have attended i am learning where i went wrong, and really in need of a coach to help guide me in the right direction, i do have a game plan in place and the goal i want to reach  just need to be helped its a path.

Has anyone heard if James Hodge's REI Game Changer program is worth it?

With that being said I have found an opportunity to get back in the game. 

The property owner always loses while the arbiter has no skin in the game at all, just skimming profits off of the owner and can walk away any time they want without reprocussions.
