Biggest fear.... being on this site 10 years from now, realizing I have done nothing in real estate... watching the "leap of faith" folks, talk about how much their business has grown over time...long time lurker... kicked lots of tires... trying to get over the hump and flip that first property... feel the next step is "just do it already"....

I would suggest reading The E-Myth Revisited by Micheal Gerber, which will give you the "business" knowledge you need to go from someone investing in real estate to operating a business system that invest in real estate.By the way, just because you're NEW doesn't mean you don't have value to offer to the community.A question you ask or statement you make could be all someone elses needs to get over the hump...Keep it Wealthy,Dhane
