Sure,Take pics of the kitchen cabinets, ceiling, floors (all rooms, close ups) Pictures of shower ceiling (to check for mold), pics of the windows, both the widow and the install, doors, trim, hardware, bathroom shower, look for cracks in basement, take pic, look for wavy ceiling.

It is okay to wholesale in Oklahoma, but you have to find the closers that will assign contracts, many do not.https://www.ok.gov/OREC/Contract_Forms_and_Related...take a look at some of the forms that are used in Oklahoma, mainly "Residential Sale" get to know that and the language used, after that you can trim it down/make it your own.

Through the last few projects I have found a great plumber, electrician, drywall crew, and a roofing/siding contractor (Happy to provide referrals) but I haven't been able to find the right person(s) to frame walls, install flooring, hang interior doors and trim, do kitchen installs, etc..
