Hey everyone...I've been reading all I can get my hands on REI since I was a teenager...

Each unit is currently occupied by sisters with teenage daughters and rents at $750 each.

Hopefully this all makes sense, again looking for thoughts on all of this or may be a better way to show/explain to her how it is beneficial in the end for a mother of three teenage girls looking to save up cash.

Hello my wife and I are looking to invest in our 1st rental property and were wondering how the investment effects our 2 teenage children's ability to qualify for college fonancial aid.

I like the simple analogy that we are Atlanta little brother ( teen ager growing up )  I also get the numbers make sense, as I am from NY my self originally.

Keep in mind for most people a young teenager isn't going to be interested in what you have to say or maybe won't understand at your current level.
