I am a former travel nurse so I feel like I have always had a heart for the traveling healthcare professional since I was one :) The MTR model fit well with our goals and values and it's done so well for us.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We manage over 500 rental units in almost every zip code of Philadelphia, and our 2024 leasing year has been the most difficult in my 7 years of professional property manager experience.

This was a relatively stupid professional tenant, thankfully, as the idiot has appeared under two different names in front of the local district magistrate over the years.

@Raymond C WestIf you can't afford to pay a professional to set it up are you really going to operate it appropriately? 

Choosing a professional restoration company seems really important, especially for damage like water, fire, or mold.

Typically, I would recommend handling the notification portion yourself then handing the rest to a professional team that does this.Maintain rapport with daughter, tell her you have initiated eviction process.

I was told if I could show a professional license such as a broker license I might get approved but the best option would be a Private Investigators license, otherwise, they didn't see any other path to approval for me or my company.
