Stephen N. Hair line crack in kitchen tile. Is this something to worry about?

If you just patch the tile without one of them the crack will probably transfer back up and crack the tile or shear the tile from the slab and they will become hollow and not bonded.good luck.

We went with a very small patch of grass in the front yard (covered by only 4 sprinkler heads on a timer) and surrounded the lawn with gravel and southwestern succulent plants fed by a drip system (also on the sprinkler timer).

LOL I would never had looked into my rights if he had been reasonable.As for the garden, the back has some brown patches cos of dog urine...in my contract it says I'm responsible for the yard, shrubs etc....but also says I have to pay the owners an additional $80 a month for them to provide a gardener to do that maintenance.

put a temp patch of something weather resistant in there till you can find some thing that matches,,,or change everything,,,or put a window there??
