So many reasons why (other job gets in way, deal seemed wrong at the time, just plain scared to pull the trigger).I've made a commitment to myself that this is the year that I for lack of a better term "s**t or get off the pot".I'm going to focus on wholesaling for now to build up some cash, but would like to buy some things to rent for the long term.I've gotten my website up, business cards, toll free #, talked to my attorney and have my contracts.

For those that are so fond of taking pot shots at our country I would invite you to renounce your citizenship and move to one of the other countries you think have it much better than we do.I am all for concern and wanting to make our country better, but flailing your arms and making blanket statements about the world coming to an end are ridiculous and don't help at all.

Due to the need for lots of electricity to power the lighting used in this sort of pot growing venture, and due to the need to avoid detection of the high power use by the electric utility, holes were somehow cut through the 6-inch concrete foundation to hook up automobile jumper cables to bypass the electric meter.I'd say that a bypass of the water meter wouldn't surprise me either, since lots of water gets used in farming anything. So it might not just be limited to drywall and flooring ...And you would definitely need professional mold testing/remediation if you're planning to resell.

You need to be very careful how you word your rules. For example saying the garage door shall be closed at all times unless entering or exiting with a vehicle....means you can never clean out your garage, never be able to paint some flower pots in your garage and lif the door so you don't drop dead.
