Who owns a STR or MTR in Fresno, Visalia, or toward the national park?

It’s all about raising money for their next fund, not about telling investors what’s really going on.I stuck about 7 years of burn into my corporate account so that I have zero pressure to buy anything, including crypto, STR, self storage and ATMs.  

I think your best chance is finding a property management company near by (or a national one like Vacasa or Evolve) that has a few rentals and reaching out to them somehow.

I just hope more cases like that happen nationally to give more states options.
