Are there new restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc opening up.#8.   

The city is revitalizing the street with a new expanded and beautified road (palm trees, lights ect), and several old buildings are coming down and being replaced with new shops/restaurants.

I cut out rent (I've been house hacking for the past year and a half), most non-core expenses (bars, restaurants, clothes, etc), and all retirement savings contributions (401k, stock investments).

It was located in a desirable neighborhood and once renovated would be the perfect home fro people who desired access to outdoor activities while at the same time being with oin walking distance to a vibrant down town with great restaurants and brew pubs.

I see this as a community with pool, hot tub, fire pit, little cafe/restaurant. 

Crime, restaurants, shopping, business districts, etc.?

The parcel was by a school, restaurants, and other businesses.

All of the restaurants are impacted, the tourist locations are impacted, everything is impacted by the labor shortage.  

Also, the town/area this is in, is in deep South Texas, very close to the Mexican border, you can get to Mexico in about 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.

I have a mixed used rental property with two restaurants and 4 apartments.
