As you probably already know, entity protection is not really a cut and dry standard, it's a cross reference between the value of the asset, the risk or liability the asset possesses. 

I have a property that was landlocked and sewage lines crossed families property to the city.

You want to cross check that all lIenholders have receIved proper notIfIcatIon against the sheriffs foreclosure announcement.

@Michael Cross As far as I can tell, rents are below market rate, could get about 850 per unit from what I've looked at.; Thank you for the coaching on the 1% rule, it gave me a new perspective now on how to look at these things and am understanding why people are saying "the deal seems 'ok
